In some early concept arts, a Trickster Mode makes Cure Sunshine receive a slight color change, but with a chocolate brown color on her hair, and on her attire. Sunshine's hair color is tinted, and matches her skirt underneath. Trickster Sunshine's dessert motif is a banana split, symbolizing that there are two bananas on her hair bows, a chocolate cover on her hair, and a cherry on the head.
